The history of Cialis cannot be discussed without mentioning Pfizer's drug, Viagra. The FDA's approval on March 27, 1998, led this prescription drug, Viagra, to a ground breaking success in just the first year of introduction as Pfizer sold drugs worth over a billion dollars.
The following list includes other adverse events that have been identified during postmarketing use of Cialis. The list does not include adverse events that are reported from clinical trials and that are listed elsewhere in this section.

Your doctor will probably start you on an average dose of Cialis and increase or decrease your dose depending on your response to the medication. Tell your doctor if tadalafil is not working well or if you are experiencing side effects.
